For certain Lyon is worth a stopover for gourmet travellers coming from northern Europe on their way to the Mediterranean Sea. Travellers who just pass by Lyon are missing out on Frances best restaurants, as well as the plenty cultural delights that Lyon has to offer besides a marvellous Renaissance historic centre. If you like Paris, you will love it’s ‘not so little sister’ Lyon!
