I went trough this vibrant city along with my colleague Vanessa Schlesier to make home cooking and arme chair traveling fun in our actual weird times. The book introduces the culinary Jerusalem. With plenty of the best recipes of well chosen restaurants. It tells their stories and lots of background knowledge about this ancient city and its diverse inhabitants.
